This agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“you”) and Rekhaa Loka, a Bangalore-based proprietorship company, (“Creators Legacy,” “Company,” “we” or “us”). By using the site at www.rekhaaloka.com (the ‘Site’) or any information, materials, images, graphics, data, text, files, links, software, messages, communications, content, organization, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, HTML, XML, Java code and other content related to the Site (collectively ‘Content’) or services provided in connection with the Site (the ‘Service’), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as the Company may amend them from time to time in its sole discretion. Welcome to Rich Life Mastery, a transformational coaching and personal development program offered by REKHAA N, under the brand Rekhaa Loka (“Rekhaa Loka”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Company”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your application, enrollment, participation and use of the Rich Life Mastery™ program (“RLM”, “Program” or “Services”).
By submitting an application, making a payment, enrolling in or participating in Rich Life Mastery™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not apply for or participate in the Program.
1. ABOUT RICH LIFE MASTERY™
Rich Life Mastery™ is a transformational coaching and personal development program designed to support participants in creating meaningful and intentional growth across multiple dimensions of life.
The Program may include coaching, training, live sessions, exercises, activities, digital learning materials, community interactions, guidance and other resources as determined by Rekhaa Loka.
The Program is led by Rekhaa N, Life Coach, and supported by the RLM team.
The exact structure, schedule, sessions, resources and inclusions may be modified from time to time to improve the participant experience.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By applying for or enrolling in Rich Life Mastery™, you represent that:
1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. All information provided by you during the application and enrollment process is accurate and complete.
4. You understand the nature of the Program and are voluntarily choosing to participate.
5. You agree to follow these Terms and the Program guidelines.
3. APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
Rich Life Mastery™ is an application-based program.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admission.
The application may be reviewed by the RLM team to determine whether the Program is appropriate for the applicant.
Rekhaa Loka reserves the right to:
- Review applications.
- Request additional information.
- Conduct an application or consultation call.
- Accept or decline an application.
- Limit the number of participants admitted to each cohort.
The decision regarding admission will be communicated to the applicant.
4. APPLICATION FEE
Where an application fee is applicable, the amount and refund conditions will be clearly communicated before payment.
The application fee is collected for processing the application and reserving an eligible consultation or booking opportunity.
Where the applicable RLM application terms state that the ₹499 application fee is refundable, the refund will be processed according to those terms.
Submitting an application and paying the application fee does not guarantee admission into Rich Life Mastery™.
5. PROGRAM FEES AND PAYMENT
The applicable Rich Life Mastery enrollment fee will be communicated to the applicant before enrollment.
Where applicable, the program fee may include applicable taxes.
You agree to make payments according to the payment option selected during enrollment.
Where a payment plan is provided, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Rekhaa Loka may restrict or suspend access to the Program where an agreed payment remains unpaid, subject to applicable law and the applicable payment terms.
6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Rich Life Mastery™ is a structured transformational coaching program that may provide immediate or ongoing access to digital content, live sessions, coaching, community interactions and other resources.
Accordingly, refund eligibility is governed by the Rich Life Mastery™ Refund Policy applicable at the time of enrollment.
The applicable Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
Before completing enrollment, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable refund and cancellation conditions.
Unless expressly provided in the applicable Refund Policy or required by applicable law, enrollment does not create an automatic right to cancel or receive a refund after access to the Program or its resources has commenced.
7. PROGRAM ACCESS
Once enrollment is confirmed and applicable payment requirements are completed, you will receive access to the Program according to the applicable enrollment terms.
Program access may include:
- Live coaching sessions
- Training sessions
- Digital learning content
- Exercises and activities
- Community access
- Program resources
- Relevant recordings or materials
- Harmony Nights or other inclusions specifically stated as part of your RLM enrollment.
Access is personal to the enrolled participant.
You may not share your account, login credentials, Program access or membership benefits with another person.
8. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Rich Life Mastery™ is a coaching and personal development Program.
Your results depend on your own participation, decisions, effort, implementation and individual circumstances.
You are responsible for:
- Attending sessions where possible.
- Completing relevant exercises and activities.
- Applying the concepts taught.
- Asking questions when clarification is required.
- Making your own decisions.
- Taking responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
Rekhaa Loka does not guarantee that every participant will achieve a particular personal, financial, professional or other result.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Rich Life Mastery is designed to support personal transformation and development.
However, individual results vary.
Rekhaa Loka does not guarantee any specific:
- Income
- Financial result
- Business result
- Career result
- Relationship result
- Personal achievement
- Lifestyle outcome
- Level of success
- Time frame for achieving an outcome
Any testimonials, examples or participant experiences shared by Rekhaa Loka represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee of identical results.
10. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Rich Life Mastery™ provides coaching, education and personal development guidance.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Program does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information or guidance received through the Program.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials provided as part of Rich Life Mastery, including but not limited to:
- Training videos
- Audio recordings
- Written materials
- Workbooks
- Presentations
- Exercises
- Frameworks
- Coaching methodologies
- Program concepts
- Graphics
- Images
- Recordings
- Logos
- Brand elements
- Website content
- Other proprietary materials
are owned by or licensed to Rekhaa Loka and/or the applicable rights holders.
Your enrollment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the materials for your own participation in the Program.
You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property by purchasing or participating in Rich Life Mastery™.
12. PROHIBITED USE OF PROGRAM MATERIAL
You must not, without prior written permission:
1. Copy Program materials.
2. Record coaching sessions.
3. Reproduce or distribute training content.
4. Upload Program materials to social media or other platforms.
5. Sell or commercially exploit Program materials.
6. Share your Program access with another person.
7. Create derivative training products using proprietary RLM materials.
8. Teach or reproduce proprietary RLM frameworks commercially.
9. Distribute recordings, worksheets or other confidential materials outside the Program.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of Program access and may lead to further legal action where appropriate.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY
Rich Life Mastery™ may involve participants sharing personal experiences, goals, challenges and other private information.
You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.
You must not:
- Share another participant’s personal information.
- Record private or group sessions without permission.
- Screenshot or distribute private conversations.
- Share another participant’s personal experiences outside the Program.
- Use confidential information obtained through the Program for purposes unrelated to your participation.
Participants are expected to create a respectful and confidential environment for everyone.
14. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Participation in the RLM community is subject to respectful conduct.
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or intimidate another participant.
- Abuse or threaten RLM team members or coaches.
- Use hateful, discriminatory or threatening language.
- Deliberately disrupt sessions or community activities.
- Spam participants.
- Promote unrelated products or services without permission.
- Impersonate another participant or team member.
- Share private participant information.
- Misuse Program content.
- Engage in conduct that materially interferes with the experience of other members.
Constructive feedback and genuine concerns are welcome.
However, abusive, threatening, harassing or seriously disruptive conduct may result in suspension or termination of Program access.
15. FEEDBACK AND TESTIMONIALS
Rekhaa Loka may invite participants to voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials regarding their experience.
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, video, audio recording or other feedback for potential publication, you confirm that the information provided is genuine and that you have the necessary rights to provide it.
Any promotional use will be subject to the permissions provided and applicable law.
16. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Where access to an online platform, application or account is provided, your login credentials are personal to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You must immediately notify RLM Team if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Sharing access credentials may result in suspension or termination of access.
17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Rich Life Mastery™ may use third-party platforms for hosting, payments, communication, scheduling, video conferencing, community management or other Program functions.
The availability and operation of such third-party platforms may be outside Rekhaa Loka’s control.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
18. WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY
Rekhaa Loka will make reasonable efforts to maintain the website and digital components of the Program.
However, we do not guarantee that the website, applications, platforms or digital Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Rekhaa Loka may suspend or terminate a participant’s access to Rich Life Mastery when reasonably necessary, including where the participant:
- Materially breaches these Terms.
- Shares or distributes Program materials without authorization.
- Shares account access.
- Engages in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct.
- Seriously disrupts the Program or community.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Fails to make agreed payments.
- Attempts unauthorized access to Program systems.
Where appropriate, Rekhaa Loka may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination or suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund unless provided under the applicable Refund Policy or required by law.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rich Life Mastery™ and its associated digital Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Rekhaa Loka does not warrant or guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any particular personal, professional, financial or other outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rekhaa Loka, its owners, coaches, employees, representatives and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in or use of the Program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of Rekhaa Loka relating to Rich Life Mastery™ shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the relevant Program.
22. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Program or Rekhaa Loka website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Such links may be provided for convenience.
Rekhaa Loka does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
23. PRIVACY
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Rekhaa Loka Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and processed.
By applying for or participating in Rich Life Mastery™, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.
24. COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact information during the application or enrollment process, you may receive communications relating to:
- Application status
- Enrollment
- Program access
- Session schedules
- Important Program announcements
- Customer support
- Program-related updates
Where permitted by applicable law, you may also receive promotional communications, subject to applicable opt-out mechanisms.
Essential service-related communications may continue where necessary.
25. FORCE MAJEURE
Rekhaa Loka shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, internet or infrastructure failures, public emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances or other similar events.
When reasonably possible, affected sessions or activities may be rescheduled.
26. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rekhaa Loka, its owners, coaches, employees, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms.
- Your unlawful use of the Program.
- Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property or other rights.
- Your unauthorized distribution or misuse of Program materials.
- Your intentional or negligent misconduct.
This provision does not apply to the extent that liability arises from conduct that cannot legally be excluded.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or Rich Life Mastery™ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at [BANGALORE, KARNATAKA, INDIA].
Nothing in this clause shall restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

The updated Terms will be published on the website with the revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Program after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
31. WAIVER
Failure by Rekhaa Loka to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the:
- Rich Life Mastery™ Refund Policy
- Rekhaa Loka Privacy Policy
- Application Terms
- Program-specific terms communicated during enrollment
constitute the agreement governing your participation in Rich Life Mastery™.
Where specific written terms applicable to your enrollment conflict with general website terms, the specific terms applicable to your enrollment shall govern to the extent of the conflict.

Rich Life Mastery™ may use third-party platforms for hosting, payments, communication, scheduling, video conferencing, community management or other Program functions.
The availability and operation of such third-party platforms may be outside Rekhaa Loka’s control.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
18. WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY
Rekhaa Loka will make reasonable efforts to maintain the website and digital components of the Program.
However, we do not guarantee that the website, applications, platforms or digital Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Rekhaa Loka may suspend or terminate a participant’s access to Rich Life Mastery when reasonably necessary, including where the participant:
- Materially breaches these Terms.
- Shares or distributes Program materials without authorization.
- Shares account access.
- Engages in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct.
- Seriously disrupts the Program or community.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Fails to make agreed payments.
- Attempts unauthorized access to Program systems.
Where appropriate, Rekhaa Loka may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination or suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund unless provided under the applicable Refund Policy or required by law.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rich Life Mastery™ and its associated digital Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Rekhaa Loka does not warrant or guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any particular personal, professional, financial or other outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of Rekhaa Loka relating to Rich Life Mastery™ shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the relevant Program.
